“I would say that my problem was addressed, however I don't understand why we shouldn't have an official report on the account. It would be easier than relying on the email which you are not sure if I have received the report or not. My 3 day guarantee was met but with an unofficial copy. I had to call customer service and wait for the official copy on an alternative email.”

“Although I did not receive any email at my registered email ID but may be it’s an issue in email itself. I contacted the IEE support team and they immediately sent me report at my other email ID.”
