“Poor communication deceptive timing expensive rate delayed delivery rude personnel with defensive baseless arguments whenever they the are wrong and or fail to meet deadline. Warrants a lawsuit”

“Overall very good. They do provide a fast turnaround, I received my evaluation letter less than 3 days after they had all the information. I am not giving 5 stars because it was not clear in their requirements that I had to provide the documentation in both English and the native language. And even if you knew about this, their websiste doesn't allow you to upload a pair of documents for the same item. The way around is to create a single PDF that has both the English and the native versions in the same file. They could have clarified this, I lost two days because of this issue.”
