“Thank you for considering my review. I really appreciate all of your efforts. Personally, I faced some challenges with my payment for the first time, being told that IEE has not received my payment($263). Then, one of the IEE’s agents told me that if they receive a second payment from me, they will issue a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet although I contacted my issuing bank, they didn’t issue the refund either. I am confused with where my money has gone as IEE says they haven’t received the first payment and my bank says that they have made the payment successfully. I hope I get my money ($263) back now that my second payment was successful and my evaluation is completed.”
