“While many people I know have had a smooth experience with IEE, my journey has been somewhat challenging. Initially, my documents were not accepted and were required to be sent directly from my issuing institution, despite others I know having successfully submitted their documents themselves and had them evaluated and sent to their recipients without issue. Additionally, I received two contradictory emails—one confirming that my documents had been verified, evaluated, and sent, while the other stated that the documents were still required for further processing and had not yet been verified. This inconsistency made the process frustrating and less than satisfactory for me. I chose IEE based on positive feedback from friends who had a seamless evaluation experience, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with those expectations. I sincerely hope the remaining steps of my process will proceed smoothly without further hurdles or discrepancies.”

““I sent my three degrees with mark sheets and paid $60 each for evaluation to ensure there would be no issues. However, you asked me to contact my university to send the transcripts from the official university email. I did that, but you still couldn’t verify the email address and insisted I send it from an official email again. After doing my own research, I proved your verification team wrong, and you finally accepted my transcript. This entire process was ridiculous. I want a refund for the evaluation fee of my bachelor’s degree.”
