“After you mailed my report, you stopped responding to emails. My evaluation took more than 2 business days to be delivered, even though I did pay extra $50 to make sure it'd be delivered within 2 business days.”

“Lack of communication/professionalism. Regarding the translation and the document report it was a good work. You have to improve the quality regarding de communication between customers and workers, taking notes in your system and in that way we don't have to repeat the information and request several times. I was scared of your professionalism because of this situation. I communicate with the company by live Chat and Email several times. Thank you.”
