“Dear IEE, Thank you for the evaluation report. The report you gave me was not combined, you evaluated the Diploma and Degree separately of which the Universities that i am applying for need an updated Evaluation for them to know where i stand with the American grading. You were supposed to do a course by course evaluation and come up with a one final grading for both. I somehow feel short changed as am now being referred to other Evaluations body to do the same thing. I will be glad if there's a way of rectifying that from your end. Sithokozile 1632289700”

“After you mailed my report, you stopped responding to emails. My evaluation took more than 2 business days to be delivered, even though I did pay extra $50 to make sure it'd be delivered within 2 business days.”

“Lack of communication/professionalism. Regarding the translation and the document report it was a good work. You have to improve the quality regarding de communication between customers and workers, taking notes in your system and in that way we don't have to repeat the information and request several times. I was scared of your professionalism because of this situation. I communicate with the company by live Chat and Email several times. Thank you.”
