“Hi, Have used you before and was very pleased with the plates and the speed of service. However, on the last plate the letters were 3mm nearer the right edge. Which makes it look out of line. I had ordered this plate for a friends' birthday present. So it was a bit of "egg on face" I have always recommended you to people and still will. Just hope it was a slight glitch ! Cheers Barry”

“Excellent quality plates and delivery times. The only issue I have is, I ordered a plate with a border, and a badge, my number is only 5 characters long, and I would have liked the badge to have been between the last character and the edge of plate. It didn't give me an option during the order process to specify exactly what I required, so I sent an email immediately requesting , for badge to be in middle of last character and edge of plate, only to be told 'changes cant be made once order taken online as its automated manufacture on order receipt'. You should have a customer specific requirements box, that doesn't go direct to manufacture.”

“Plate looks really good on my car. However not all plates fit the surround as stated in the ad. Only rectangular plates without the lower advertising strip actually fit! Delivery was also very good.”

“Plates used to be made properly from reflective strips and plastic laid on top - recently the owner had decided to cheap it out to the black plastic backing plates which allow water to seep into the 'sticker' on front and these plates last a year. The price of the plates hasn't changed yet the material now used to make them is one of far poorer quality. I bought 4-5 sets of plate from this shop last year but since he has reverted to the black plastic backing ones - I won't be shopping with him again.”

“Great Product but there is always a confusion at the end when I pay. Normally a dash or a logo can't be added and I have to go through paying without being absolutely sure what I want and need can be done. After having to call or email explaining what I need it is usually possible but it's all rather difficult to do.”

“The site is easy to use and the service is really good. I could argue that the quality of the plates I purchase can sometimes be only adequate. Sometimes the appearance from certain angles can seem to show cavities/bubbles between the layers but not significant ones. If you only purchase a single plate (as I occasionally do for a motorbike), it can seem a bit pricy too.”

“The best choice of logo's and badges on the market which I like. Plates are good quality and well designed looking like they do on the website. Delivery is pretty quick even allowing for the good ole "Royal Mail" and overall prices are competitive. I have used on more than one occasion and would gladly recommend as a good source to get your new individualised plates.”

“Fitter arrived no problem. Nice pleasant chap, knew what he was talking about and did a good job. When I went to pick up the caravan I was told that the ball on the tow bar should be paint free because of the breaking system on the caravan tow hitch. The paint was then taken off with emery cloth and all was fine. Yours Chris Boston”
