“I have used My Showplates before, ordering full size plates. This time I bought the 9 x 3 show plate for my bike. The on screen mock up was pretty accurate with the final product. Overall quality is good. Only criticism is the clarity of the slogan text which is slightly blurry. Prompt delivery.”

“Brilliant plates. Quick delivery. My only negative point is the sticky pads weren't sticky, so I had to drill and screw them in. Other than that they are great”

“Turn around was very quick and quality of plates good. Have used this company many times but on last occasion for some reason the spacing and centering was biased towards one end of plate which spoiled overall appearance. Normally on website it is calculated automatically”

“Showplates offer a Fantastic range of designs and a fast and efficient order and delivery service - but just be careful when/if you are drilling plates for fixing as the backing can be sensitive can be sensitive so use a new sharp drll bit”

“Clear and easy to use site that works well. Just need to sort out the invalid certificate as it will put off some buyers, even though card processing is via CityPay and not through the site.”

“The plates were good and the service hassle free. The next day postage didn't work so my showplates refunded the postage. Can't be fairer than that”

“Good as they cater to your needs and lots of selection, but it is not obvious how to change lettering style eg make a 5 look more like an S so I had to pay twice. It is also quite expensive.”

Good morning John, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Having looked at your previous order unfortunately you failed to select ''design required'' on the background option therefore the order was sent directly to our automated system as opposed to it being sent to our design team, there are clear instructions on how to order with design on top of our plate builder page. being a bespoke product we would not be able to sell on first order and therefore you did chose to place another order which you did of course place correctly and to which we met all your requirements. Apologies that you feel that you had to pay twice but I must stress that this was on the basis that your first order was placed incorrectly. We hope that you will chose us again in the future and our phone lines are open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and our friendly colleagues will be more than happy to assist with any queries. “Having been warned about my 'show plate' being illegal for the road, I ordered a new front plate. My plate arrived as quick as always (I am a regular customer) but was not quite what I'd hoped. The first letters and numbers of my plate spell my surname and the last letter is the start of my Christian name. I carefully planned out the spacing so that the last letter was just one digit space apart from the others. It arrived spaced further apart than I had planned.. The quality is as good as ever but in future I will (and would recommend) ringing to explain you special requirements and don't just rely on spacing being as written via your computer key strokes when designing your plate. I hope this is helpful.”
