“I asked Myshowplates for a special order for my Harley giving all of the dimensions and how far away from the border I wanted the letters etc and my new plate was delivered in fast time exactly as I asked for, couldn't have been better, brilliant, thank you :-)”

“Totally unhelpful customer service, they say the system is automated but send out poor quality plates with mistakes on and have no refund policy... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...”

Hi Dean, The plates are designed online by you, its no different to ordering a birthday card on line and spelling a name rong, We cannot ring every customer to ensure they have entered their correct reg. Customers would get annoyed hassling them and we would be extremely busy calling everyone. We are happy to offer you free shipping on your next order but we cannot just replace number plates as you entered your reg wrong. We would be out of business within weeks if we replaced everything for free. All the best and Happy Motoring Mike
