“After paying for my plates I received a confirmation email but then everything went silent for 2 weeks. When chased for a dispatch date it seems my order had been forgotten. Only then did they get made and sent without a few days.”

“You sent me the incorrect order and when I contacted you about this, you refused to acknowledge any fault. I had to resort to reporting this to my bank in order to get a refund. Very poor service - I will never use your company again!!!!”

“Bought two sets of number plates and the wrong number plates arrived I know in my mind I changed the rear number plate of the second car to the new one, but I ended up with 2 rears for the first car , customer service was it fully automated you must have done it wrong ,fairly arrogant response I know I changed it to the second one car , so I won't be using again as far as quality who cares when you pissed off I won't be recommended to any of my customers, I am a mobile mechanic.”
