“Thanks for delivering the plate. It is for a trailer and has not been fitted yet, but I am sure that aspect will be OK. The postage was prompt and the website selection easy. Also the price was right. My only disappointment was that it was part of a bigger package for a birthday present. Unfortunately because it needed a signature, the postman did not put it through the letterbox on the day, as on the last time I ordered a plate from somewhere, so because we couldn't guarantee being in another day, the birthday boy had to pick it up a couple of days later from our sorting office 17 miles away, taking all the paraphernalia of ID. A slight shame but otherwise service good. I can appreciate that you need to know if something has been received, but annoying for that value. As a supplier, you could just get proof of postage at the post office and it would be covered on insurance.”

“the plates i ordered, arrived safe, well packed and on time. the finished product is to a very high standard and i am very happy with the overall order to receiving. One small point, i thing the fixing pack should be free as a thank you for the custom.”
