“Delivery was a day longer that I would have excepted but otherwise great service. Online plate designed is a good feature but can't help thinking prices have shot up over the last year or two, could be me though? Recommended heartily though.”

Thanks for your feedback Andrew, we appreciate this. We use only the best materials on the market, this combined with our efficient service makes our product great value for money and cheaper on postage than our competitors. Our postage service is second to none, as royal mail is out of our control there is no much that we can do, this said this is usually down to weather or other factors and is a rare occurrence, we do our best by processing our orders as quick as we can and shipping these out on the same day if ordered before 5 pm and 3 pm for next day delivery. “Its not exactly clear white background, I also had a slight problem with the web site initially I didn't leave a legal gap than i submitted a second one with the gap, deleting the 1st order but it seems to have cancelled the legal spaced one so I need another but will not be using this site”

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your feedback. When designing an order on our plate designer the preview plates allow every detail entered to be clearly visible prior to proceeding to payment. In order for the order to be processed it would have been paid for and confirmation of your order would have also displayed this, therefore you had exactly what you ordered on this occasion.
