“Thanks Myshowplates for your prompt, efficient service. Last minute decision to change the car meant I needed a new set of plates and quickly. Order process really simple and plates were delivered sooner than expected. The longest part of the process was me deciding what design to have as there are so many options.”

“Had a real job finding an online service that would print import size number plates (and an odd number, as had several trailers with different sizes). Show plates were the only one to fit the bill at a good price too and delivered correctly and quickly.”

“Actually the quality of the plate that arrived was extremely poor, clarity of the letters was awful and clearly printed in a fairly low resolution. In practice I was not prepared to use the plate as it ruined the appearance of my brand new vehicle. A total waste of money and I had to go to my dealer and buy another plate. Sorry for this feedback, I have used Show Plates before with much better results but after this experience won't be using them again as I cannot afford to waste money like this.”

“Ordering process was a breeze. Really pleased with the selection of products and pricing. As instructed on the web, I placed my order before 3pm to guarantee same day postage. Order was placed prior to 1pm. I was going away and needed the plates the following day, so selected the Royal Mail - Special Delivery - Next Day Guaranteed. Sadly Royal Mail didn't attempt delivery until the day after the guaranteed delivery date. I contacted MyShowPlates, who were initially responsive to emails, but became less and less so. Citing that they wished to resolve the issue with Royal Mail before addressing the issue with me. After a few weeks I felt that these were stalling tactics. I suspect that the plates missed the final postage of the day! For reference ... when an order is placed that has Next-Day Guaranteed delivery, once that order is accepted, then a contract is established between you and the vendor. Any failures in delivery are a breach of contract, and the vendor must resolve for you. The issue with the delivery is a contract between the vendor and the postage company ... and should never affect you. In the end I resorted to raising a claim with my credit card company who used VISA guarantees to refund the transaction and then reclaim from the vendor directly. So sadly ... whilst the initial ordering process was good, after-sales is sadly very poor.”

“The plate was of a very poor quality, which I returned asking for a refund, but never received. Would not recommend this company to anyone, not even if I disliked them.”
