“Mixed review. Used them before as they cut down the plates to a specified size (which is excellent). However the last set had a faint line in the reflective material - I sent an email query but never had a reply....”

“service was very quick as always next day excellent but the quality of the extra logos requested was not up to the normal standards looks like the ink on the printer was running out.”

“Plates arrived in a timely manner but I had to drill to fit, which is fine... however when drilled the backing peeled and in a years time they will look poor and probably need replacing. Not had this issue with other plates provided so may be one off...”

“Really pleased with products. BUT, phoned the telephone number from website and a young lady answered and I found her very rude. Hopefully an isolated incident as customer service is the key to success.”

“Very easy to design and select your number plate. Service was good and the number plates were delivered in juts a few days. I also ordered the screw fixing kit with the number plate but it wasn't the right kit for my car so I had to right it off.”

“The service was efficient and the plates were 'reasonably' priced. I liked the fact that these plates are the acrylic style, which I think are longer lasting that the laminated ones that have a sort of acetate film that tends to peel in time. However, when I received the plates, the front (white) plate is very 'grey' in colour, and not at all as bright as my original plate. I never fitted the plates, but instead had some more made up at my local towing centre in Exeter, which are also the acrylic type and much brighter white to the front plate.”

“It would be beneficial and easier if by default the number plates include legal UK requirements or make it clear the plates are not UK legal but a prompt before finalising the transaction that you are buying non compliant plates. This will save a fortune as the first set I bought wer not legal and I ended up buying a second set to be sure they are UK legal. Other than exposing buyers to non-road legal plates the quality of the plates are excellent”

“Quality of plates good but contacted them as I had an issue with the front plate not being recognised at car parks that use ANPR . No response received back which was disappointing.”

“OK. Nothing special. Expensive compared with others. Tardy delivery. Only came for a specific badge. Probably shan't come again. What you charge extra for at every turn, others include in the standard price. QED.”

Oh Come on!!! Thats not fair you leave a low star because we offered you a free postage in 2011 because you made an error on your order so we said order again and we will give you free postage... and you didnt order again until 2015! Please do let me know where you can hold a voucher for over 4 years!!! Very dissapointing you leave poor stars because of this.....

“Had 4 different sets of plates from you over last 18 months, every set have had some objects under the laminate that are visible, had bits of fluff, small hairs, one had a small lump on. Not great & not ordering again, would rather pay more and have them perfect”

“Its not exactly clear white background, I also had a slight problem with the web site initially I didn't leave a legal gap than i submitted a second one with the gap, deleting the 1st order but it seems to have cancelled the legal spaced one so I need another but will not be using this site”

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your feedback. When designing an order on our plate designer the preview plates allow every detail entered to be clearly visible prior to proceeding to payment. In order for the order to be processed it would have been paid for and confirmation of your order would have also displayed this, therefore you had exactly what you ordered on this occasion.
