“It would be helpful if there was an indication, prior to payment that your plate was/was not a road legal plate - just leaving a space out of my design caused my plate to not be road legal. perhaps if there was some kind of warning indicating that if the plate were to be used on roads, this plate would not be legal - make changes now? you know what i mean. other than that, delivery times were good, and on time”

“It got delivered to the wrong address. I selected on Amazon to deliver to a different address than my home one but that is where it got delivered. This means I am going to have to pay postage again to get it to the intended address. Apologies, got confused on that one as I ordered something else from Amazon at the same time. I entered a different address for delivery on your site (as I would have done with Amazon). I had to cancel the first order and re-enter as it did not seem to allow me to on the first go. I all this before checkout so that I got the different address entered correctly. It is not a major issue but I sure I did put a different address in on the 2nd entry but it looks like it was not accepted. Any feedback would be good. Adam King”

“The process was ok, but it didn't really flow seamlessly. The email says that you will be contacted for full payment but after around 5 days I had to chase. Had an immediate response though then and sorted out payment. New V5 arrived after 2 weeks but no communication or sign of the number plates so I couldn't use the car. Chased that and they arrived within a day or so. So left me wondering what would have happened had I not intervened. No big issues though and would use again.”

“The plates themselves were great, and delivery was quick, my only moan was a request I made by email for a difference in the spacing of the letters was ignored and this was disappointing”

We can of course carry out a design service, this can be selected in our plate designer page by selecting design required in the background option. Hi Albert, Thanks for the review, Looking into this, we did send you a copy of your order. Also looking further you completed an order on the 11th October the order went through fine. You then completed an order on the 14th October 2 days later. We have made the orders up that you requested and paid for. You then received 2 sets and didnt want a set, we cannot accept orders back as once rolled these are personalized and made to your reg number. If it was a product we could have them back and re sell. I am sorry but we couldn't replace them. We are here to help with a manned phone and also emails. Apologies you ordered twice, All the best Mike

“So Unprofessional. The Worst online site for anything anywhere. Why, because I sent them an order, they cocked it up, they offered to put it right they cocked it up again, then they refused to refund my money, left me with 2 sets of plates, that were no good. Cowboys, Thieves, Bunch Of *****. Best advice - DO NOT USE. I have had better service from Scam Sites.”

“As with other suppliers it wasn't easy, and indeed I personally found I couldn't, find a way to put the comments such as post codes under a border, as opposed to the larger text breaking the border that was offered. In the end I went without border or other enhancements and had a basic plate which made the MOT tester happy enough and looked perfectly good enough. As is too often the case, the cheapest price in a search isn't necessarily the cheapest end result once postage (as well as any options) are taken into account. Given the basic nature of the plate I chose, the final price after postage was less than the cheapest in the google search. The plate itself is of a quality I'm happy with and I'd be happy to shop here again.”

“Plates were ok but considering the cost, (over £70) they needed packing on the corners as they were damaged where they hit the ground during transit and required placing in a vice to close the splayed out material. We also paid for Special delivery but these were posted through our letter box without having to sign for them.”
