“I ordered my plates from Myshowplates but unfortunately I made a "typo" on one of them. I then had to order another single plate plus the postage. Despite attempting to contact Myshowplates to plead my case for a small rebate and ask why the registration was not checked prior to manufacture, I never received a reply. The plates appear to be of good quality and are certainly delivered very quickly but I would have liked a double check system on the purchase prior to final payment.”

Hi Phil, Not sure how we can check every plate when some customers put there reg in we cannot presume they have entered it wrong, its down to the customer to enter the reg properly. As you said you made a typo, if we called every customer to check their reg i am sure they would get annoyed, Sorry your review was based on your mistake and not our product or service which is a shame Mike

“The space was missed out between the fourth and fifth characters of the front and rear plates. Phoned up and the staff were really arsey about it and said it must have been my fault and I'd have to buy a new set if I wanted it corrected. Considering I've bought a lot of plates from you over the years on behalf of my customers it was a bit of a slap in the face so I'll probably go elsewhere from now on. Customer loyalty is obviously not as important as the few quid profit of two plates.”

Hi Peter, Thanks for the poor review!! Wonder whether you reviewed all your previous orders that you were happy with! I like the point you make about you missed the space yet we get the poor review. Customer loyalty is very important to us but I am sure if i bought a few cars or bikes from you and scratched one you wouldnt fix it for free. We have been going many years and this shows our customer loyalty with our long standing. “Sent numerous emails with images of how the plate I received was wrong along with how it should of looked. Explained what needed to be changed but the person stated "I fail to see the problem" It was for a friend's birthday who photographs cars. Now his logo is wrong on the plate.”
