“you were quick but i took the plates to the mot garage they seed they were ilegal as new ruleing states the plate makers name and address must be shown on the plates”

“The ordering system allows you to produce plates that are not DVLA legal and no warning is given if you order by accident an illegally spaces registration. If this occurs Myshowplates view is its your problem. Plate quality, service re delivery time, etc is excellent however, but do not expect any flexibility re ordering.”

Hi Paul, Bit of an unfair review, You didnt put a space in the reg, We print as you type, we discounted the second order for you and accommodated, A bit disappointing you didn't mention this. I do feel we acted on the issue, Other companies would have said you have what you ordered! Have a great weekend Mike

“The plates ordered were completely different design to what I had previously ordered. Nothing on the website explained that the plate itself was different to before. Upon calling I was basically told tough, that's the design (by Luke). After this I was told that I should take pictures of the current design to the previous design and email the customer support address. This I did to them be told again, sorry that's what it is. Crap service and very disappointed the product is different to before.”

Hi Steve, These are 2 totally different products, you have a honeycombe which you selected before and a standard plate. I am not being funny but if you order a kfc and a chicken drumstick from a restaurant they are totally different. 1 has batter and breadcrumbs the other doesnt! Apologies but you didnt order the same as last time Mike

“I recently asked My Showplates to include a Yamaha logo into my plate design It did incur some design charge but the design service was quick and I received a proof before manufacture which I altered and sent back The Re proof was returned super fast and the Finished Product is Excellent Gives these guys a Try Thanks Ian”

“I ordered the plates a week before my wife's birthday as a present. After 10 days and my wife's birthday passing the plates never turned up. I contacted my show plates to see what had happened to my parcel and to request a refund due to the length of time it had taken, they informed me that they would investigate and get to the bottom if it. Unfortunately they were unable to provide any answers and told me I had to wait for 15 days as Royal Mail classes an item as lost if not delivered within 15 days. It has now been 6 weeks and any correspondence back from my show plates has stopped. I have spoken to both Chris and Luke previously who just seem to give a "lip service" and not actually listen to what the customer wants (proof of this is that they recorded my plates to be sent out again after requesting a refund, which to me shows that they accept liability). My advise. Don't look at saving £10 online, just go to Halfords pay the extra and get them whilst you wait. This company is beyond a joke. Plus I'm still waiting for my refund”
