“Should make it clearer that a UK legally compliant plate has/requires a full space between the fourth and fifth alpha numeric characters on a 7 character plate. Its not especially clear when the image of the plate is displayed. Prompt delivery”

“I ordered a set of standard plates( or so I thought) and only noticed once I had fitted the rear plate that this one had no space between the letters & the figures. As you pointed out to me this is how I had ordered it. I was unaware when placing my order that I was actually designing the format to be used-I thought I would just get standard plates to a standard design. Whilst accepting my "stupidity" I would have hoped you would have informed me that the rear plate was not in a legal format. I have since had to have a new plate made to conform to legal requirements. A quick call/e-mail would have saved a lot of unnecessary aggravation and changed the overall rating dramatically.”
