“To start with the ordering process was very good and very helpful however I did not receive the plate I ordered and the Customer service afterwards has been pretty shocking I have sent an email to try and resolve the issue but have had no reply in 4 days basically saying you have what you ordered so tuff. I can quite honestly say its probably the worst customer service I've experienced and would no way recommend this site to anyone. I am pretty disappointed with the whole thing which is a shame as it started so well.”

Hi Darren, Thanks for the review, You forgot to mention that we sent you a few proofs and you accepted the last one and it was fine for us to print your design. You then received the plates and wanted to change the design and said you didn't like it and wanted the 7 moved 1 cm!!! This is why we have customers accept proofs before printing. You then emailed and said you wanted a replacement or you where going to leave a bad review, we don't like threats like this, You did receive what you had ordered and accepted our proof to you, we change proofs 10 - 15 times for customers and are happy to accommodate, you accepted i believe the 5th proof after amendments. Even after changing many things and saying your wife wasn't happy we still accommodated and continued to change the proof. We even have the confirmation email that you accepted and where happy with it. Thanks for your order and apologies you weren't happy with our service, All the best Mike

“Dead easy to order and very quick delivery. THese are good quality plates and having the option for legal and non-legal showplate designs give a good level of flexibility. Have used them twice and very pleased both times.”

“Excellent service, ordered plates and turned up in good time. The only comment is that I found is that once the order was completed I couldn't get back into the site to see my order, perhaps I couldn't find where to go on the site. XMAS5Q”

“I have not been able to use the number plates that I ordered because they are not road legal. despite several e-mails I have not been able to come to a satisfactory conclusion all I get as a reply is read the small print but why sell something that is unfit for purpose. the plates I ordered were obviously meant for the road and therefore should be made as such. There are a lot of good number plate companies out there with good customer service use one of them dont make the same expensive mistake that I did.”

Thanks Martin, The customer designs the plates online, if you designed showplates then we would supply that, if you supply road legal plates we would ensure they are as per your design. Sorry you didn't read the FAQ which clearly explains how to ensure you order road legal. We are also here to help on the ordering side with a manned helpline and also email. People buy Ferrari's and abide to the speed limit, if you get caught doing 120mph would it be the garages fault for supplying a car that breaks the speed limit. All the best Mike

“Bought x2 number plates in July 2014 and screws with colour coded covers. Number plates arrived within a couple of days and were exactly what I had asked for. In this respect excellent service. However, the screws and colour coded covers never arrived and still haven't (now November). Mindful that the screws etc were only a few pounds or there about but this is was part of what I have ordered and paid for, and did not receive them. As such I have graded the service as poor as I didn't get what I had asked for.”

Hi Alan, Thanks for the review. I have looked into this and you haven't emailed us stating that you never received the screw kit, we cant replace things if we are not made aware. I presume that the stars on the review also included the quality of the product, the timescale in which you received your order, the user ability of the site when ordering and the general whole service from start to finish. If we were made aware of the screwkit we could have sent you out another pack, we are not in this game for the short run, being standing for 14 years, we look after our customers hence having the likes of major brands continuing to use us. I apologise you werent happy with the screw fixing and appreciate your comments, All the best you take care, Mike
