“Ordered a set of UK Road Legal Plates from the Website which were quickly delivered. The rear plate was a rather dark yellow (much darker than normal). I sent an e-mail to Customer Services asking them to confirm that I had ordered and been supplied UK Road Legal Plates. They have not replied after several weeks. Not much of an ethos of Customer Service.”

“I have used Myshowplates a few times and always recommend it to my friends who are also car enthusiasts..i have recieved a poor expericne this time..i made a genuine customer mistake..as i wanted a alteration done to my plate and sent the relvant email howver did not tick a box which meant my request was not dealt with and now i am going to get a plate not to my specs..I appreciate i made the mistake and not understanding the process but surely for a loyal and a massive advocate of Myshowplates a expcetion could of been made.”

“Stylish and great value. I recently bought front and rear plates for my classic Mercedes-Benz 300SL R107. New plates really made a difference and were simple to fit. A great array of designs to choose from as well if you wish to personalise the plates further. Lovely stuff.”

“Ordered the plates online and paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery before 1PM Nothing arrived so contacted them and explained that I would have to go and but some from a shop and would require a refund as I needed the plates on the day. Was told it was a post office issue and nothing could be done, I explained that I was still entitled to a refund. The plates arrived 2 days late and have never received a refund. I ended up buying more plates because I couldn't wait until the next day. Don't buy from here if you want them urgently, I ordered in time for next day and paid extra for fast delivery!”
