“I buy items from you Monthly. Howeve your heavyer items are not packaged properly. Recently I order winches. The boxxes they came in were not heavy enough. FedEx destroyed them and tried to tape them back. I lost a winch in the process.”

“Bought some canvas tarps to make a "modern tepee" at my campground sleeping bear retreat and they worked out great as they had a veriaty of sizes and colors and the price was very reasonable, easy to order and fast delivery. highly recomended.”

“Bought a 30" Viking truck step tool box for my Peterbilt. Took a few months to unbox and install. Shock that holds door open didn't work at all. Had to pay $29 and change for a new one since over 90 days since purchase. Sent them my mechanics receipt for proof I just had it installed the day before. Gal said they'd likely just send a new one. Should have tracking soon. 2 weeks and nothing. So called them again and had to pay for one. Then realized lock on tool box doesn't work right. Key doesn't turn. Just giggle key a little and it locks and unlocks. Not even bothering telling these guys because apparently there is zero guarantee or warranty on these boxes. Otherwise box is awesome.”

“The offset pocket winch was advertized as fitting 1.25" pockets but the hook that catches under the rail to hold it in is thicker that 1.25" so it can't go in a pocket made from 4" channel. It will work inbetween the pockets.”
