“I am having some issues. Can’t get it to stay properly plugged in. Have already tried spreading the pins apart a little to try to get it to stay. Just had to buy a new trailer receptacle for the trailer to see if that will help. What you need to include in the package is another support option besides the one it comes with. If I am not able to get it work right then I’ll just have to buy another elsewhere. I love the look of it, plus the grab handles, a very nice option. But all that does me no good if I cannot maintain a proper connection. It’s like the outside dimensions are not large enough or it narrows to much. I replaced the trailer receptacle still not working right. I should not have to worry about constantly worry about loosing or using paper products to wedge around and loosing just to make this work. That costs me time and money”

“I was shorted two items on my ordered and charged for them. The box appeared to have been torn open and was heavily taped. No, I didn’t check my order when the driver dropped it off ( I was running tight on time ). I sent an email describing the shortage but still no reply. Just another customer satisfaction survey from MyTee.”

“Well made, shipped earlier than expected. Would have bought hardware to attach to wood frame if Mytee had responded to my inquiry. I suggest a type of hardware that is permanently drilled into the frame and acts like a button with the grommet with the help of a wing nut to keep tarp in place.”
