“Was not what I thought it would be for the price and the Length was shorter then what I thought it was would not buy this again works well for short bed flat bed tow trucks about it asked about sending back for a refund or credit and was told I could not do so if they had been used how are you to know if they are going to work if you don’t try them makes me very upset to be told they could be sent back and then told they could not I won’t be doing and buying of anything from mytee ever again due to this and we have a fleet of tow trucks not my loss it is there’s I told them I was looking for another company to work with for straps and other things and this is how I was treated I do hope the $130.00 was well worth the loss of a customer I have told others and I’m sure the loss of others will continue word of mouth go’s far in business in the world today and it was not stuck to on your end”

Im sorry but as long as the item is still in like new condition we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All of our staff members are familiar with our returns process so this is very worrisome.
