“I have searched for years for Made in USA chain binders and chain clevis. Not obly did Mytee have the best selection they had the best prices and the shipping was incredibley fast! The customer service was also outstanding and fast on an order error on my part!”

“Website is okay. Shopping cart process malfunctioned each of the three times I made a purchase. I tried mobile ordering first via phone on their website, but the site completely broke at the end of the confirmation process. Waste of time. Ordered via desktop next to times and both times it appeared the order never went through, but then received confirmation emails that the order had been placed. Second rate online shopping experience. Only worth it because their prices are much lower on the product I ordered. Otherwise, they are not serious about selling online.”

“There was a slight computer problem with my order and Mytee Products provided an immediate solution. I haven't had the opportunity to use the products that I ordered but they were accurately described on the website. I highly recommend this company for their large assortment of products and their excellent customer service.”
