“Unfortunately Mytee holds shipment when something is on backorder instead of just shipping what they have so it creates a delay”

“We use this tarp to cover our round bales for the winter!! It works so well and holds up against the weather. This is our second time purchasing a tarp from Mytee products! Our last one made it thru 4 years of heavy rain, snow and Winds plus the hot sun! Thankful for Mytee products and exceedingly fine customer service!! When you call a human answers and they make good on whatever you need! Thank you Mytee for great products and wonderful customer service! We plan to keep doing business with you for years to come!”

“Some of their products are a good deal but they use fedex so be prepared for a delayed delivery.”

“I ordered 2 products the first time FedEx lost my package the second time ir was sent i received only one item still haven't received the second so basically I paid for 2 items got one waited over a month to get one still haven't heard if or when im going to receive the second item”

“I had placed an order online and couldn't update my quantities due to the system glitching. I called so they could just update the quantity since I had just made the purchase. They weren't able to so they had to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct quantity. However, when they placed the order they mixed up the quantities so once again it wasn't right. I called back again and they refunded those 2 items that were incorrect and placed a new order and used the credit to pay for the newest order and I still couldn't get everything I needed due to it "not being in stock" because of the now 2 canceled tickets they were on. So what did get sent to me was only a partial. The representatives helping were very friendly and easy to talk to but the system or protocol they had to follow was a mess.”
