“no problem with product, once it arrived. HUGE problem with customer service. no confirmation email upon ordering. no tracking number upon inquiry of confirmation. finally tracking number after threat of cancellation of order. good product and price. poor service. won't shop with you again.”

“I usually call in and order over the phone instead of online. They are great people to deal with. They answer my questions and are very courteous! They shipped my straps and bungees super fast as well! Products are well packaged too. Great people!”

“I received my order quickly, the only negative is that the box was damaged during shipping, but the contents were in perfect shape. You can buy Kinedyne ratchet straps here at affordable prices without needing to buy fleet quantities. Kinedyne is one of the best brands for ratchet straps.”

“Hey Mytee! After looking for a long time for an AFFORDABLE VINYL tarp you were the only company that came close to what I could afford! Just ordered my 2nd one recently! Thx so much! I was surprised & grateful that despite being sold out of every size vinyl tarp on your website the ONE SIZE you DID have was the one I needed! ;0) God bless! Mike”
