“no problem with product, once it arrived. HUGE problem with customer service. no confirmation email upon ordering. no tracking number upon inquiry of confirmation. finally tracking number after threat of cancellation of order. good product and price. poor service. won't shop with you again.”

“I usually call in and order over the phone instead of online. They are great people to deal with. They answer my questions and are very courteous! They shipped my straps and bungees super fast as well! Products are well packaged too. Great people!”
