“I was sent the wrong product. We have all black tarps, I ordered a black tarp but was sent a red one. I called to say how disappointed I was and I got a , sorry. I didn’t have time to send it back and then wait for a replacement, we needed one right now, so it looks pretty dumb, blue truck with black and a bright red tarp.☹️”

“I was a lucky winner to get 3 out of 4 units that had holes in them after we cleaned and prepped them for paint. The good news is they took care of the problem very fast and treated me very good by doing everything they said they would. I've been in business for over 35 years and know these things happen. It is nice when a company stands behind a product”

We do sell a variety of domestic and import products for our customers. We also advertise when a product is American made. Please if you should have any problems feel free to reach out to us. We do have a warranty on all of our products.

“I might update his if they ever send the order. I was on the email notification list when the product I needed came back in stock. Once I was notified it was back in stock I placed the order, received a shipping label but was told my parts were STILL backordered until the 20th of March.”

John, Again I do apologize. We accidently turned on the wrong product not meaning to upset anyone. We then turned it back off when we caught our mistake. The plus side is our email notification process does work when an item is put back in inventory. The product is due to be here in about a week.

“Like the products and price. But when a person of 21 or older has to sign for deliver and not all order arrives same day that is a major problem as I told the lady on the phone when received the final pieces of my order you lost a customer. I wont be back very poor delivery schedule and have someone over 21 available through out the day unacceptable”

I completely understand your situation and it is not fair that the packages didn't deliver at the same time. When we ship our orders out they do leave at the same time, it just so happened that FedEx somehow separated them. I do apologize for this issue on behalf of FedEx, but please don't cut us out though.

“not very pleased with product, rivets on door were broken loosed when opened box, door and door hinge was crooked - no means or instructions on how to mount to frame rail on semi - not sure that the rear aluminum panel will support the load of the box and the weight of someone stepping on the steps if drilled thru the back wall and bolted to the frame...”

We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty on this product and would be happy to replace the product or refund you for the order. Please call us at 888-705-8277 so we can take care of this issue ASAP and get pictures of the defect. We do sell a lot of these step boxes and assure you it will stand up to heavy duty use. If any rivets are broken, that is a manufacturing defect on this particular piece for which we apologize and we would be happy to honor the warranty. We take such matters very seriously and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
