“I ordered 4 of the trailer stake pocket D rings. Wow bigger and heavier than expected (perfect). Opened the box and discovered 1 of the pins and coffee pin was missing, I immediately phoned "Mytee" and the young lady I spoke with wss very professional, understanding and helpful. Within 10 minutes of my call I received an e-mail with the tracking # for the shipped missing pins. WOW. Great customer service. Will be ordering more.”

“I called Mytee to order the tarp was told it was in stock but its better to order it from the website. I ordered it from their website it said it is in stock I received an email the tarp was going to be delivered on the 7th as of today it still has not been delivered”

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Sir, our product description for this product clearly states that "This is custom made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to process". We are sorry we did not communicate this to you in a better way. We look forward to serving your tarping need again.

“The items i purchased are US made, that should be enough but Mytee in conjunction with the shipping company made it happen a day earlier than originally scheduled Awesome experience”
