“Great service. My order arrived quicker than I expected. I am disapointed though that I have to order online due to the fact that I prefer to deal with the staff in Solon, OH. If I'm spending my money with a company I expect to speak dirictly with the people at that facility, not people in a forein country or AI. Real people working in America.”

“It just took 5 days to receive my order and when I discovered a part missing from it Mytee was prompt with shipping me out the missing part. They are a company that answers their phone and staff was very nice.”

“I received my 2nd package from a recent order. I noticed the contents didn't match the Packing slip which was correct. I need the ½" slip hooks to go on the binders I ordered, not the ⅜ grab hooks.”

“The binders I bought are very well built excellent product. In shipping, the courier damage the box and lost one of the products. And Mytee stepped in didn’t hesitate got the peice that was lost replaced. I highly recommend this company.”
