“Went to the store and made an order for 12 ratchet straps. Was told to pull around like every other time before. When I got around the side of building was in line behind five other people. No big deal they are usually very quick. I waited twenty minutes and no one had received their order. Another twenty minutes goes by and I call the number to be told by staff that there’s only one person pulling orders so it would be a while. So forty five minutes later I return to the front desk to ask for a refund because by my best guess it was going to be at least another hour. When I get to front desk there’s two people gossiping w the clerk as I wait in line. The clerk peers around the people standing at the desk and says if you want I can have them pull your order now. I told the lady I did not expect to be put in front of people however the lady on the phone could have offered to ship my items at the very least a reduced cost. Nope the two people gossiping were order pickers. They go to get my items and come back and tell me half of what I order was out of stock. I’ve been to the store numerous times in the past and NEVER had any issues in fact recommended them highly because it was so fast and easy. I’ll find another local supplier for anything I can from now on.”

“I placed an order on March 1, 2025. I never received my order. Contacted customer service. They couldn't find my order for a couple of days. They then said it was to be delivered on a Saturday. It never came. Contacted customer service again. They said the order was on its way. Never received my order. Called customer service, they said the order went to West Virginia but I live in Maryland. I cancelled my order”

“I ordered over $1600 in merchandise, out of those a handful of items were damaged and a dozen ratchets are missing, by the way I order from them regularly, but their customer service blames the damaged goods on the shipping company, and is denying the missing items.”

“I recently purchased a three door headache rack. I wasn’t home when it was delivered. My wife, unaware to look for damage, signed for it. When i arrived, I immediately took pictures and sent them to customer service. This has yet to be resolved. It is still sitting in my driveway wrapping in plastic.”
