“I was ready to purchase all my tarps & Other items from here. Including all equipment for other trucks in future. Luckily I had an issue that they couldn't/wouldn't resolve. (Coil Bag split down middle 2nd usage). They need to work on how to keep customers. Tri City wins”

We do honor our 90 warranty policy, but your issue unfortunately was for a tear. Tears are not covered. We do apologize we were not able to help you on this case. *Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to tarps being improperly tied/strapped down
