These are a very popular seller. We do sell some US made binders but they wouldn't have the folding handle. We will have to look into though. Thank you for letting us know your thoughts, we appreciate it.

“For the money it's ok it works great but the rubber stop on the bottom of the poll fell off before I pulled it out of the shipping box but everything else works great”

“The ratchet binder was not the correct size and I called to return it and exchange for the correct size and was told we (van buren county solid waste) could not return product. Our county will never use your services again.”

This product does state online these are non-returnable. We shipped the correct product to you but this didn't work for you needs as you stated on the phone with us. Im sorry we couldn't take them back but this is a very strict policy due to the testing this binder has to go thru to make sure it's still in working condition. We wish you the best.
