We tried reaching out to you several times that the item was out of stock and wanted to offer a different product. We didn't hear back from you so we ended up issuing a refund to you. Im sorry if you were not getting our messages.

We are a little confused. We didn't charge you anything extra and we show your package delivered on time. If you are having trouble please give us a call. I don't see anything going wrong with your order.

“This chain is the best!!! If you look at it in a certain light it almost looks like it is solid gold so I wore it out around my neck one night and everyone thought that it WAS real gold, wow. I actually only wanted 15 and a half feet of chain but they only had a 16 foot one so I debated about it for months and then decided to go with the 16 foot one. I’m kidding of course, it’s a chain, it works just like a chain, although it was heavy when I wore it out that time:). Delivered on time, great service.”
