“Ordered four stake pocket d-rings. Two arrived without the pins to hold them in the pocket. Two pins were sent. One pin was the same as the first two, the fourth was a different style of pin. They all work. No way should the d-rings have been sent without the pins. Pretty hard to miss. The mismatched pins is a minor annoyance. Customer service and shipping was fast.”

“I ordered 4 36" axle straps, recieved them in 4 days. Those 4 was the price of one locally. And quality is outstanding. Customer service is on top of their game.”

“I had a problem with a piece missing in the door unlock kit I ordered. Customer service was top notch in resolving the problem. The person that answered the phone ( yes an actual person answered the phone) handled the problem with out sending my phone call to multiple different people. Can’t say enough good things about Mytee!”

“Your products are awesome, bought two of the 3/8 x 150' winch cables with safety hooks they work great. And a great price. Downside u use a terrible shipping service Fed Ex, they do not follow shipping instruction included with order or the same instruction on door of office for where to drop off packages, idiot just threw packages on ground outside in the plain view to all and could have been stolen plus if it were a item that could be damages they would have been the boxes were busted open from the abuse of the driver just tossing them onto the ground. With that said there was a sign on the door and also beside the door Instructing on where packages were to be placed and that the driver was on camera and would be reported if failing to follow Instructions for deliveries . I feel as I should be refunded all charges for shipping due to the driver neglected to follow simple instructions .”

“was pleased with order delivery process, BUT...I ordered a pair of 6ft rails to weld under new truck bed. 1 of the rails was fine but 1 rail was not bent correctly from manufacture, the sliding winch would fall out by itself. now I have a pair of winches that will not stay in rail! We had to weld on our winches to correct the issue”
