“It all arrived quickly good prices fast shipping however I ordered 2 16’ chains and only received 1 20’ chain??? Is it on back order I know you were out of a lot of them. I know the tarp rod arrived several days after the rest of the shipment I’m still waiting on my 2nd chain”

“The USPS didn't do a good job of handling (box was torn open), and delivering the Hooks I ordered, but they did arrive and the plastic bag they were in had withstood the rough handling. Now that I have them and have begun using them, I can tell you that they are doing everything I ordered them for.”

I am so sorry to hear you're having issues with your product. Please know this is extremely rare and uncommon but it can happen. “The product is great. It is exactly what I was looking for with one exception. I wanted and shopped for and believed i ordered a product made in the USA. The one I got was 'hencho en Mexico'. Ignoring this for this review, I am very happy with the tarp. Stitches are strong neat and finished. No straggler threads hanging off anywhere. The D rings are as expected and rows of these are straight too. The material itself is very strong, pliable and seems to be stronger than its weight might suggest. The holes along the edge also appear of good quality pressed metal construction. Without the exception noted above this would have gotten 5 stars.”
