“Gespräche nach China und Kirgistan mit sehr guter Sprachqualität. Verfügbarkeit bisher ohne Beanstandung 100%. Verbindung nach Kirgistan leider mit ca. 3 Sekunden Verzögerung, wobei ich nicht sagen kann, woran das liegen könnte. Preis nach Kirgistan relativ hoch. Im ganzen aber sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Mytello funktioniert meist sehr gut (warum es wiederholt gelegentliche kleine Probleme mit dem Netz - nach Afrika - gibt, erschließt sich mir nicht, gibt es aber auch bei anderen Anbietern), sehr praktisch finde ich das unproblematische Aufladen des Guthabens. Die Betreuung über Martin Bauer (wenn Probleme auftreten sollten) war sehr gut und unerwartet prompt. Ich kann mytello nach meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”

“Calls usually go right through, however, even if there is no connection, you still get charged for a minute. Since the calls are on $.01 per minute, it's not a big problem. The one thing I would like to see, however, would be the ability to block my number from being seen by the party I am calling. I'm not sure if that can be done, but I would like to have that option. Overall this is an outstanding service for cheap calls to China. One the one occasion that I contacted customer service via email, there response time to return the call was minimal, and question was quickly resolved. I highly recommend this service for calls to China.”
