“Bought the saii tempered glass screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Spotted they both had marks where the protector changed for the fingerprint area of the glass.
Contacted customer support who told me immediately it was how I had applied the protector even though I hadn't even got to that stage, exchanged multiple emails with no progress despite sending photo evidence and I was only asking for a replacement.
Totally no customer service, you are left with defective product and no way of recompense.”
“We ordered and returned products over 3 weeks ago and when requesting an update on our refund, I was given no additional information and I was told to be patient.
This service is completely unhelpful as they offer no call support and the support provided over chat and email is utterly useless and rude.
I will not be using this service again and I would not recommend it.”

La a doua comandă surpriză în anunțul de pe site apare un display cu ramă și amprentă dar când am primit comanda am primit un display fără ramă și fără amprentă.
Am reclamat acest lucru și am solicitat reducerea valorii plătite având în considerare că mai aveam o comandă de ridicat de la ei .
Răspunsul lor a fost categoric , să returnez produsul deși eu l-am montat pe telefon și că eu nu am citit anunțul.
Verificați ce se specifică pe site referitor la descrierea din anunț .

“Unprofessional phone repair and warranty repair processing. Mytrendyphone invoices the customer for warranties and, in addition, for repairs. The repair already took 4 months. Customer service and repair analysis is amateurish. I stay away from these money makers. the pictures used to justify the guarantee that the repair is not reimbursed are unclear and the causal connection is unclear. There is no answer to what was repaired on the phone before it broke. The phone was repaired and it quickly failed again and the customer is not compensated for anything. it's either a lack of unimaginable professionalism or a money-making knack.”
“Ordered on 14th Dec as delivery was stated as 2/3 days meaning my item would arrive on time. By 18th Dec I still hadn’t had a dispatch email so contacted them & was informed my item was sent 15th & “if it hasn’t arrived today it will
be tomorrow” I then contacted on 20th as it still hadn’t arrived & they said my order was shipped on 19th & to wait. They originally told me it was shipped on 15th????
It’s now the 22nd Dec, still not arrived & customer service has just informed me it was sent 20th Dec they think, so that’s 3 different dispatch dates given & my item STILL isn’t here. Do not advertised 2/3 days delivery if it’s a lie. Complete shambles of a company as no one knows what’s going on & judging by other reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to.”
“Ordered a new display, before make an order asking them if its original. They say yes. I received Chinese, without fingerprint sensor, without frame( it was on the photo of order) and without camera frame. A lot Chinese letters on a flex cables.”

“I ordered a phone screen protector. I live in Ireland and thought this company was Irish because their website said their store is in Ireland.
I get a shipping confirmation email two days after ordering. Great. Then the next day I get another email saying that my screen protector wasn't shipped, and that I needed to re-confirm my address. I did that, then 5 more days later I get another email saying my order is shipped. This was now 8 after ordering. It took another 10 days to arrive by post.
Very deceptive company with slow and poor customer service. I would not recommend.”

“Broken product and Returning the products is the most difficult way I've ever experienced. No return label was in my box, I have to write their adress by myself and pay the return by myself as well. AND also I have to make sure the package comes back to them because if the package will be sent to their near "pick up" place, they will not pick my return and that way I will not receive my money back.
So complicated! Just send the costumers a returning sticker!”
“I ordered an Artfone CS181 phone from MyTrendyPhone.ro on 10-10-2022 08:32 for my mother. After a few days of use, she is totally disappointed, and wants to give up this phone. The reasons are the following; the battery lasts very little (after two daily calls of approx. 15-20 min, the battery is completely discharged), and during conversations, the interlocutor's voice is very difficult to hear. So far, nothing special. However, the problems started after I returned the product, on 18.10.2022. After repeated requests for the return of the money, I was told that the product was not received back, and later (after I sent the proof of return confirmation), I was told that the product was sent to Denmark for examination, and only after returns to the country, I will receive an email for the return of the money. Almost a month has passed, and I still haven't recovered the money... It's a sad experience, which I hope I'll never have again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.”
