My 15 year old signed up to have 2 YugiOh cards shipped. It cost him over AU$60 to do this. He has now tried to cancel his membership and keeps getting charges to his account. We will be calling the bank tomorrow to stop any further payments. Absolutely disgraceful con.

Someone shut down that website. MAJOR SCAM!! I should have read the reviews before using it. I am so disappointed! I ordered from Shein used the myus.com and now it's like they are charging me double. WAIT, TRIPLE!!! the amount. I live on Guam and unfortunately Shein don't deliver through PO BOXES on Guam. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Me uno a la larga lista de perjudicados por MyUS. He publicado mi experiencia en Trustpilot, Google Maps y  ProductReview.com.au, y he visto que hay múltiples reseñas negativas desde el año 2014.    Contraté sus servicios para el reenvío de unas compras a mi domicilio, en España. FEDEX les devolvió mis productos, no los puedo recuperar sin gastos, no me devuelven el importe y me quieren cobrar unas tarifas abusivas por unas devoluciones que yo no he autorizado.  A partir de aquí, todo lo que les digas es irrelevante porque MyUs ya ha conseguido su primer objetivo, atrapar otra presa, a la que intentarán sacarle todo el dinero que puedan, que es el objetivo principal, así que no vas a conseguir nada hasta que se encuentren con alguien más fuerte que ellos. Yo recuperé las tarifas de MyUS cuando abrí dos incidencias en PayPal, y en cuanto recibieron las comunicaciones, MyUS me reembolsó sus tarifas. Y para recuperar el importe de mis compras he presentado mi reclamación en econsumer.gov, una organización del Gobierno de Estados Unidos, la han admitido y estoy en su base de datos. Indico las direcciones por si queréis presentar vuestras quejas, a ver si entre todos conseguimos que algún Organismo Oficial intervenga y evite este tipo de actuaciones. FTC. Comisión Federal de Comercio (Federal Trade Commission, FTC). No resuelven el problema individual pero lo comparten con más de 3000 Agentes de la Ley para investigar y presentar casos contra fraudes, estafas y malas prácticas comerciales. ReporteFraude.ftc.gov. USAGoV, ofrecen chat y teléfono. Tienen enlaces con todas las oficinas estatales de protección al consumidor, si pones Florida que es donde está MyUS, te envían al Departamento correspondiente, con teléfono gratuito en inglés. Para estafas internacionales te envían a econsumer.gov

Sent my outbound package through FedEx. FedEx lost the package midway. They told me it is my problem and they won't do anything about it. Didn't help a bit. Don't recommend them. They also overcharge you for EVERYTHING. They asked me to file a claim with FedEx myself, even though they are the shipper, and arranged it. And said they won't be refunding me for ANYTHING.

Do not use MyUS.com. Even after cancelling my account, I have been continually charged for "shipping" $13.50 per month. Call and they cant help because it's somthing in their terms of agreement. It basically means they have my card info and kept charging until I cancelled the card. Shady.

Excellent timeframe for delivery, no complaints whatsoever. However, like others have alluded too, their estimated shipping costs are misleading to say the least! Estimated shipping for my 2kg package, was $72 NZ. I was actually charged $193 NZ. There is no notice of the amount to be billed, it is sent before you see the amount. Be aware....almost like a very sophisticated scam!

I want to make a complaint about the additional cost added to my shipment and how it was handled as a first time user. I was charged $40 (an additional $15 based on your estimator). Also as a first time user I did not know I would be automatically charged insurance and a fee for a sticker to show there was a battery inside the item (tablet). This was not mentioned at all when I used the estimator and would have changed my decision to use myus if I had been made aware of these cost from the beginning. Also I could not see the item in my account online and have was told that the item has already been shipped before I made payment. The credit card I have on my account was a debit card and I had expected to see the item in my account before I would make payment. I contacted the CS team and they told me all the charges are automatically added and the shipment had already sent even before I had made payment. As a first time user I am very disappointed at how this transaction was handled and the lack of information for first time users concerning additional charges which is not mentioned in the estimator at all. I had created the account some time ago but this was the first time I actually used it to make a delivery and the experience was bad (hidden charges, shipment sent before payment and no visibility of the shipment in the account).

Had 7 items.. Payed like 50% more shipping than usual and wayyy to much import charges but okay... After I payed all and it went for shipping, suddenly 1 itemem was in review because unknown item location.. Now its there and they want me to pay full price again ? 40$ shipping to germany for 5x DIN A4 Posters/papers... I dont know what to say...

Re: Suite 7005-306 I had one package which weighed only 3lb. MyUs billed me £85.79 to ship my package to the United Kingdom. When I queried the exorbitant charge, I was told that It was due to currency conversion! Currency conversion costs only a couple of pounds sterling. How can MyUs bill me £85.79 for a 3lb package and then have the nerve to blame currency conversion??? I see from this forum I am not the only one to get scammed by MyUs. I will not be shipping with MyUs again. They have lost trust and another customer. I have found an alternative shipping company whose shipping rates are very reasonable and who will not scam me as MyUs did.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY POSSIBLE FRAUD OF THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS Beware of this company, Myself, My Family, My Soon to be Wife and her Family have lost thousands and thousands of dollars ... If you have experianced losses, cannot retrieve a package please contact me... We are gathering information from the many that have been taken advantage of for our legal representation at Clark Hill ... This company ruined my engagement, created losses of such a high number it cannot be ignored ... Lets stop them together ... and make sure no-one else suffers from this possible fraud ... We are reaching out to all necessary authorities and regulators ... Its time this company is investigated and pays for the damages they are causing ...

YES I GOT SCAMMED !! BE VERY AWARE. They will assign dollar values to items & then charge a TAX on them. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS BEHAVOUR. Items held hostage Extremely Expensive Shipping Service. Few kilos of items cost about $480 to send. They charge $1 a day for storage on a pair of Sunglasses. They also rort / steal money in the form of upfront collection of GST (whereby noting down assumed values on USED items from eBay ) When clearly they say that recipients can choose to pay ALL DUTIES & TAXES once items arrive into Australia (as per Australian Law). Also: deceptive representations. And also: they HIDE all person's identities in the company. Never once has an unknown person behind Whatsapp's anonymity given a name - even a made up name. Shall be reporting their business practices and SCAM to the relevant authorities within the USA, Australia and the UK.

Most expensive and least transparent service ever for your UK shipping service. I will never use your UK service again, and will let it know. Your web site says loud and clear that you have a revolutionary system that only charges for weigth. But it's not clear that this does NOT apply to your UK service. There, you charge for regular super expensive shipping rates. Even for a tiny product, since it was shipped by the seller in a small box, but already larger than your standard. I end up paying more for shipment than the product. Ok... Since it's already paid, I go ahead and ask for the shipment. Just below the Shipment button, you write: "Customs Information for France: Items shipped together that have a total value over 150 EUR are subject to a customs duty." But as soon as DHL has taken over my item, they claim 23€ additional tax for my GBP 29 purchase. I end up paying more than 3 times the price of my product. That would be fine if it wasn't done in a way that is so shady.

My first time using MyUS, and definitely my last. Appalled, disgusted and completely distressed. I had not realised I had had an old address (in another country) on the account, and because it was my first time using MyUS had not realised I had to change the address BEFORE the parcel reached the facility. As it was, I received notification of receipt of the parcel, logged on and discovered to my horror I could not change anything. Got in touch with customer service to request a re-route. Was told the shipping department had been contacted and a re-route may not be possible, and to sit back and wait. So far, so reasonable. 30 minutes later a charge came through on my credit card for more than double the amount I was expecting, and that the parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. Got in touch again. Was pointed to small print - I had agreed to no refunds, I needed to uncheck some option to access the cheapest options (I had not been given any option to choose the shipping providers at any point - these were selected for me even though my account said "cheapest shipping option"). Asked to cancel the transaction and have parcel returned for a reasonable fee - nope not possible. Said I should have picked a paid membership - yes I would do that before I'd even tried using the service even once. Told my case was escalated to management and to wait. So I did. Another 40 minutes later yet another email streamed in proudly declaring my airway bill number confirming my parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. It was as if they were taunting me and that everything I had said before was completely ignored and that they were intent on piling on the distress this evening. Was also idiot-shamed by EVERY representative in the process for entering the wrong address, for not knowing that I needed to uncheck options, for not going with a paid membership, etc. etc., and at no point given any advice as to pitfalls to look out for, considering they already knew I was a first time user and had been a bit of an idiot already with the shipping address, so clearly not au fait with the entire MyUS process. I'd naively assumed I would log in and select shipping options and make payment, as I had with other civilised parcel forwarding providers. I hadn't realised they'd stored my credit card details (I'd set up the account a long time ago and forgotten about it) so that they could charge as much as they wanted without giving me any option to reject the charges at any point without any accountability. Considering also they'd been hacked earlier this year, and yet insist on having your card details on file, I suggest avoiding them like the plague. Not worth the grief and the risk. To say I have been completely let down is an understatement. I was ordering supplements and this would have been a long-term commitment, and would have continued to use MyUS had the process been pain-free as it had been with other service providers before I moved back to the UK. But never again. Plenty of other service providers out there - please save yourselves the grief and being kicked in the teeth by rude, wholly impotent representatives while being robbed blind in the process. I would give no/negative stars if I could, but such is life. Take your ill-gotten gains MyUS. I hope you're proud of yourselves. P/S Having read the reviews on this site it seems my experience is hardly isolated, which makes me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not alone. As someone said their process is designed to be efficient for them and not the customer, with no clear advice for first time users, and another comment that they make you to sign a blank cheque by forcing you to store credit card details with them (and then get hacked in March 2022) so that they can charge whatever they like without accountability. They should not be in business. Revolting, and it seems like the representatives know it because they disconnected the chats with me quickly each time after insulting me and providing zero help. Wish I'd read all these reviews before I went with them.

They are scam. Once you set account with them. They automatic enable setting for you to pay. Auto declare, auto use expensive service, auto to ask pay wrong tax. processor is less than 100g (minimum size is 1lb) Bought 3x $50 => $150. They declare themselves to be $300 and use the most expensive shipment option. Beware if you use their services. Delete immediately.

(German customer) I just signed up and used the service. Was shopping on 2 online shops and uploaded the invoice to MyUS. As soon as the first packages arrived at MyUS they automatically shipped it (for a disgusting amount of money) to my home address. Not only they a saying on their website they bundle all packages and ship it all together so save money. No, they are crazy enough to ship every single package for abnormal costs. If I had ordered everywhere I wanted I’ve had more than 5 packages. No joke, it would be cheaper to travel to the US and pick up my stuff by myself, having a little holiday too. Just unbelievable!!! They now offer customer service on WhatsApp. On WhatsApp they have set up an auto responder saying someone will email me. Fail. This company is just a big fraud and a big fail.

Was OK for a few years but gone downhill. Myus have removed the option to call a person. You can only email or text message in what's app with a response delay of around 12hrs. They lost, found, sent and returned my package 3 times to my inbox suite. It now appears after the 4th, and what I thought was successful shipment, only HALF of the goods turned up. Very very frustrating to deal with and COSTLY. They consolidate packages poorly, at one point refusing to add a microchip to my combined shipment already totalling over $100usd for postage. I had to pay an additional $35USD to ship it.
