“Sadly after 20 years of incredible service this site has apparently imploded. In looking at the recent reviews, it confirms that Naps is no longer a trusted and viable source. Had timing issues with my last few orders but this time I had a package seized by Customs. I sent them the Letter and they sent me an email asking for a picture of the package and contents (wtf?). I again emailed them with the Letter and asked them what they didnt understand, it was seized. They then wanted a copy of the Letter (again) as well as the order info and tracking # (wtf again, they didnt have this on their site ????). I sent all of this to them AGAIN. They then sent me an email saying the package "was tied up in Customs but should release soon. WTF??! Clearly at this juncture they are just screwing with me. It appears maybe they are having financial trouble and are cheating people or something. Very, very disappointed. I will never risk an order with them again. There are far too many just as competitive sources that deliver much better. Loyalty gets you no where today.”
“Ordered a product back in March. Still have not received it. After I paid for it in Bitcoin, I never received a confirmation email. I attempted to contact them numerous times and have never gotten a reply. They cannot be trusted. Don't make the same mistake I did.”
“There help service tickets are a joke! Live support is never on. I made 1 accidentally mistake on a $230 Order, took 2 weeks to get back to me only to find out I was burnt up on my $$. DON'T place orders with them, stuff happens & there costumers services are a joke. You won't get your money back or product if you make 1 simple mistake, that could be easily resolved. “I am a returning customer and have ordered from Napsgear 3 times in the past with no problem. This time, I sent over $230 after receiving my confirmation email with instructions and after that, they went ghost. No answering emails by replying to confirmation email OR through the site - and I sent 6 separate emails. Do NOT buy from this company!!!! They are in the Ukraine and you will never see your money OR any product!!!!”

“The “fine” print.. I purchased a CPAP machine as a gift for my brother in law only to find out he had already made the purchase himself and didn’t need one. The website states if the product is in the original packaging and returned with in 30 days of the shipping date I would only be responsible for a 15% re-stocking fee. However, when i spoke to them the lady on the phone said “because of COVID” we don’t allow returns on certain items.. all sales are final! I explained it is in the original box and had been unopened, therefore COVID wasn’t a factor. They still declined and told me I needed to “read the fine print” and that i should be happy because “I got a good deal””
“They are not legit, they have a pre planned setup. They lie about everything. Just if you want to try them keep all the communication you had with them for future records. I took the screenshot of all the communication for this day. They say domestic item will be delivered in a week after shipping.
First the payment posting takes 1 week . Then they take another 10 days saying that the shipment is under preparation. Another 10 days you lose and then they say the package is sent to post office which stays there for another week and doesn’t move until you send them reminders.
Then finally when you see the tracking it redirects you to some unknown app where is says that the parcel will be delivered to USPS . The day of delivery it appears on the tracking that the parcel is out for delivery and than suddenly it changes to”returned to sender due to incomplete address”.
This is the trick they play with most of the deliveries and than ask you many questions about your proof of address and other things.
When I contacted them they said we will look into it so means the domestic item which is supposed to be delivered in a week is lingering and dont know if it is going to arrive or not.
I recommend not using them at all but if you want to give them a try start with minimal order or look for better source. As of now I am 275$ down , god knows if I am going to get my stuff or not.”

I have only had one issue so far where part of my order was mistakenly not sent - it was very easy to contact the support team and they are very responsive, the rest of my order was sent once I supplied a few photos of the package I had received.
