“I got burned 300$ from Napsgear and they've been my source for a year straight until now. my package(domestic order) has been stuck at a distribution center for 15+ days, getting the run around "shipping dept will look into it" responses are far a few between, I wasn't given store credit or a re-shipment they just straight up suspended my account for "suspicious activity" and getting no response why.
Naps is good and can trust them until something happens to you and they just took my money.”

Well, I don't want the store credit, cause you'll never end up getting your package. They STEAL your money once your package gets seized by customs, you must keep the mail from customs before you ship it back and take pictures of it or you are F . U . C . K . E . D . because then they will REFUSE to give you your money back or reship the package AT ALL despite it showing on the tracking number it was caught in customs. AND THEN if you have the mail; they only return your money in STORE CREDIT or RESHIP IT just for it to get SEIZED AGAIN!!! ITS INSANE! Do not let them even touch your money because they do not know the first thing to get a package into the U.S. and when the customs letter comes be ready to take pictures of EVERY SINGLE PAGE!! And don't worry about getting it back to customs right away because they would rather get their pictures first.”

Did not spend enough for the payment to be made as I was not aware of it and after they processed the payment they told me I would have to spend more in order for me to receive what I ordered. Asked for a refund and was told it would be sent. Have no response after multiple emails over the past three days. Customer service is horrible and there is no communication when there are problems. Took my money and ran with it. Would not recommend.”
“I wrote a review a few days ago but it's not posted. That was a 4-star review and I wanted to revise it. Since then I have continued working with NapsGear's customer service department and they have been absolutely incapable of dealing with the issues I have encountered with my seized packages. They do not read the previous comments in my ticket and they don't have a grasp on the situation they are dealing with. I gave them all of the patience I had but it simply got worse. Since my packages were seized by customs three times, this has been a long and painful experience with an inept customer service department. Hopefully, this review will not be blackballed like the last one.”
