This time, I sent over $230 after receiving my confirmation email with instructions and after that, they went ghost. “The “fine” print.. I purchased a CPAP machine as a gift for my brother in law only to find out he had already made the purchase himself and didn’t need one. The website states if the product is in the original packaging and returned with in 30 days of the shipping date I would only be responsible for a 15% re-stocking fee. However, when i spoke to them the lady on the phone said “because of COVID” we don’t allow returns on certain items.. all sales are final! I explained it is in the original box and had been unopened, therefore COVID wasn’t a factor. They still declined and told me I needed to “read the fine print” and that i should be happy because “I got a good deal””
“They are not legit, they have a pre planned setup. They lie about everything. Just if you want to try them keep all the communication you had with them for future records. I took the screenshot of all the communication for this day. They say domestic item will be delivered in a week after shipping.
First the payment posting takes 1 week . Then they take another 10 days saying that the shipment is under preparation. Another 10 days you lose and then they say the package is sent to post office which stays there for another week and doesn’t move until you send them reminders.
Then finally when you see the tracking it redirects you to some unknown app where is says that the parcel will be delivered to USPS . The day of delivery it appears on the tracking that the parcel is out for delivery and than suddenly it changes to”returned to sender due to incomplete address”.
This is the trick they play with most of the deliveries and than ask you many questions about your proof of address and other things.
When I contacted them they said we will look into it so means the domestic item which is supposed to be delivered in a week is lingering and dont know if it is going to arrive or not.
I recommend not using them at all but if you want to give them a try start with minimal order or look for better source. As of now I am 275$ down , god knows if I am going to get my stuff or not.”

I’ve had enough and started my own research and have located many of these companies and in specific I FOUND Napsgear owner/owners addresses and verified. “I have had nothing but issues with delivery from naps. They use to be great but places change. Placed order in sept an October. Both were not delivered. Keep getting run around. Then a order came that I did not order,they say send picture of product and shipping label. I get back from them, pictures to blury. Down size them send again. We reported to upper management. 700 dollars out the window. Did the same thing to a friend of mine. His was 900 dollars. Best advice, look around. Ask guys at the gym. Your gambling with naps. I found some one else and have my product in 7 days. Never again for me with napsgear.”
“Hi guys, has anyone purchased Geneza Pharm Test P 100 from Napsgear recently? I’ve been using this product from them for years and loved it. Clear thin oil with virtually no pip and great results. However, I just received an order of 20 vials and it’s not the same. It has a yellow tiny and the label on the bottles has subtle differences like it was attempted to be duplicated, but not quite right.
I contacted naps and they assured me it was “legit” etc but so far the pip is very intense and last for days. My heart rate and blood pressure are very high and I feel hot and my head pounds. This stuff is not good. I am not stacking anything with it and Arimidex is not controlling these sides like it had in the past.
Naps sticks to their claim that it’s fine, but it’s clearly not the same old Geneza Test P I’ve used over the years.
Anybody else having this experience?
There are very clear differences with the bottles side by side. If I can figure out how to upload pictures I will.

“Purchased an order on August 6th of 2020. It's now October 6th of 2020. No product, no customer support, no refund. Purchase at your own risk. Oh, I did receive a FAKE tracking # and after a few weeks of that I was told to wait 4 weeks, then wait 5 weeks, then wait 8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks and I was told they were looking into it lol! Ripoff.”
“I gave these jackoffs $142 and they never sent me my items. Then, I am after the 30 day mark, they said wait another 30 days to talk about a refund. I do that then they say they wont refund me. Only reship the item or give store credit, but this is nothing but a hassle. I want my money back but they wont give it. Also, no one should have to wait 60 days or more to get a shipment. Don't order with these scam artists.”
