“Ordered and used Bitcoin according to their instructions. Never got a confirmation email. Wrote to them twice now and haven’t heard back. Starting to feel like I have been burned. 12 days later and my order still says processing and no one has responded to my 2 tickets.”

“Gear arrived in box it had no pharma box. I went to ultima pharmaceuticals to confirm batch and it said they did not make it. Tried to confirm tri tren 150 and it stated that the same number has been tried for confirmation multiple times. So that was fake also of course. LESSON LEARNED.”

“Don't order from this place. I place a order on 1/3/2022 , the products where shipped for two different locations. One was shipped to the wrong state and the other one is in lingo. I opened a ticket and they responded that someone will contact me in a couple of day and it's been 2 week and nothing.”

“Naps is deceiving. I ordered two packets of 100 tablets of the Geneza Superdrol. I counted the tablets and there was 50 tablets per packet instead of the 100 tablets. The tablets came in a packet labeled 100 but there is only 50 in the packet. I also ordered three packets of Geneza StanozoIol and only received two.”
“I have used naps for years, but here recently it is hit or miss. I bought the roid test kits, and every brand & type of testosterone I ordered & tested turned out to be Prop. Their Test C & Test C both tested positive for Prop. Anadrol & Anavar tested positive for D-Bol. The EQ actually did test positive for EQ. It seems most of the orals are just D-Bol and most of the more expensive oils are Test Prop.
After Identifying the compounds, I waited 6 weeks & had my bloodwork done. My test level was 1400 and I was taking 5 shots of Test Cyp (prop) & 2 shots of EQ weekly. By the label that would have been 1250mg of Test C & 600mg of EQ, not to mention 350mg of Anabol (D-Bol.) On just 200mg of Test Cyp a week (I'm prescribed TRT) my bloods range 950-1100.
In summary, you never know what you will get & it's severely underdosed. They are also selective scammers. 100 orders, steal the money from 10, and send an "off brand" to the other 90 for good reviews.”

Customer service immediately responded and said the package shows delivered which is proof that it was delivered to my door. Such bull! My first order from them was delivered no problem. “Sadly after 20 years of incredible service this site has apparently imploded. In looking at the recent reviews, it confirms that Naps is no longer a trusted and viable source. Had timing issues with my last few orders but this time I had a package seized by Customs. I sent them the Letter and they sent me an email asking for a picture of the package and contents (wtf?). I again emailed them with the Letter and asked them what they didnt understand, it was seized. They then wanted a copy of the Letter (again) as well as the order info and tracking # (wtf again, they didnt have this on their site ????). I sent all of this to them AGAIN. They then sent me an email saying the package "was tied up in Customs but should release soon. WTF??! Clearly at this juncture they are just screwing with me. It appears maybe they are having financial trouble and are cheating people or something. Very, very disappointed. I will never risk an order with them again. There are far too many just as competitive sources that deliver much better. Loyalty gets you no where today.”
