Let's start off with there customer service department, even with all the war and attacks that are being made against Ukraine (God bless all those affected) they still maintain all the emails and questions and problems that we bother them with that don't even compare to what they are facing, they still answer in a very timely manner and are very pleasant to talk with. I feel bad whenever I have to reach out to them. I have been with Napsgear.org through the good times and bad and Napsgear.org has never not one time let me down. On to the gear I have ordered from China from Europe from the USA and I have never not one time had an issue with the quality never has there been an issue with timing the gear shows up no matter what brand and no matter what country you order from its great and will always be great. Over the last 14 years and 50+ orders I am a loyal customer. “Been ordering from Naps for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. I over the years I mainly used Geneza AAS but recently started using Dragon and Pharmaqo AAS. I have tried pretty much everything from Geneza and it always legit. Dragon and Pharmqo I have used Supersus400, Bold500, Bold300, NPP, Primo200 and MastE200. All have been 100% legit and just as good as Geneza. I haven't tried all the other brands for AAS but one thing I can say is that if Naps is selling it they are 100% real.
HGH I have done 3 different cycles each with different colored generic HGH. 1st was with the blue caps, 2nd with black and the 3rd with grey tops. All of them were real and were received within 1 week! No joke one week from china. You can do the more expensive within the country you are from but why? If they ship that quick from China for cheaper might as well. You know the HGH is real from when you first start your cycle and mess up from shooting too much. Start off slow with HGH or else you get bloat, wrist pain and nipples sensitive. I learned the hard way but that is also how I knew the stuff was real. My wrists hurt bad and I blew up from bloat as well as nipples hurt. When starting start with .2 IU and go up slow by .1IU every 2 days until you reach your dosage. Once you do that you have no bad side effects except for amazing fat loss, lean muscle gain and sleeping like a baby
I have also ordered other cycle support drugs from all different brands on here and have never had a problem with any of them
Naps customer support is by far the main reason to order from here. Over the countless amount of packages I have ordered I have had 4 I believe I had issues with. Just recently I had a package I opened up and received all items I did not order. I took pictures and contacted Napshelp and sent them all the pics. Within one week a new package was sent and I received what I ordered. 2 other times the package was never received and the tracking number just basically stopped updated at the last stop the package was lost at. Once contacting support they verified the shipment was never delivered by the tracking number and then issued a reshipment. Just recently I had my first, after 7 plus years and too many orders to count, seizure letter. My package was seized from customs. After sending to Naps they verified the package was never delivered by the tracking number and ordered a reshipment.
After 7 plus years of ordering and only having issues with 4 packages the people who are shipping these out know how to do it right. When for some reason something happens Naps stands behind what they say and they get the product no matter what!
Naps also runs amazing sales! check out the product of the week and weekend sales. If you catch the stuff on sale you won't find a better deal anywhere else

Lots of ways so save $$$ just buy buying, reviewing, or waiting for sales! Especially when they have Buy 2 get 1 free or anything of the sort. I had ordered a $700 package from para pharma on napsgear on the 24th of September 2022 and the package hasn’t moved in over 20 days so I email the napsgear and they act like there gonna help you for the first few days then they will make up some bullshat like “ we can’t help you the upper management confirmed the date order was in April 2021 and we can’t help anything over 6 months” I didn’t even have a profile in 2021 I had just made the profile the day before I ordered my stuff. They’re just gonna scam you don’t waste your money this is a sad website and all these reviews are absolutely fake giving them 5 stars because they want a discount.”
