“My experience as an NBI presenter has been a very good one. The NBI staff is very helpful and the seminars are always staged with the utmost professionalism. Over the years, there has been and continues to be only two things that, in my opinion, need to be corrected. (1) When a seminar is geared to the lawyers in a particular State, sometime the topics and subtopics cover laws and legal principles that have not been adopted by the State in which the seminar is being presented, and have no relevance to the attendees. (2) The seminar agenda often includes too many subtopics to cover in the time provided, leading the attending lawyers to complain that not everything was covered sufficiently. In my opinion, both of these flaws could easily be corrected if the NBI coordinator would consult with the presenting lawyer before finalizing the seminar agenda. If NBI believes that its presenters are experts in their topics, then the seminar coordinator should consider that the presenter knows best which subtopics should be presented in order to cover the most relevant issues of a topic.”

“I have been a speaker on a variety of seminars on legal issues offered by the National Business Institute since around 2004. The topics are pertinent to attorneys, accountants and businesses. I have been provided the opportunity to adjust the outlines for various seminars and plenty of time to prepare the written materials for the seminars in which I am participating. I value the experience and know that preparing and presenting the material keeps me up to date on the issues!”

“National Business Institute offers CLE courses on important topics for attorneys and selects very qualified attorneys to present. NBI is a great way to get more than CLE credits, you make connections and develop skills as well. If you learned just one thing at the entire seminar and utilize it in your practice, the course more than pays for itself”
