“I have been a subscription member for many years, and also appreciate having access to U.S. Legal Forms through my membership, too. I wanted to call your attention to one of your employees, Isaiah McKnight, for exceptional services rendered above and beyond the call of duty. I needed a particular type of trust form, and he tried over and over to find the right form for me, finally succeeding in doing so. It would have been easier for him to simply say, "we don't have that form available," but that extra effort is one of the reasons I will continue to renew my subscription. Well done, Isaiah! “NBI is fantastic for CLEs. The website is super easy to navigate, arranged to access what I need asap. I also like the summaries for each state that have what the CLE requirements are. I purchased the all access pass and it's already paid for itself. I plan to get all my 2022 CLEs done too. The quality of the video and audio is superb. The customer service is fantastic too. “Brady Soule in sales was very helpful to me in considering how fully to utilize all of NBI's products. That said, I find the live CLE lectures to be extremely easy to set up on either my desktop or laptop and the immediate receipt of the CLE credits was/is important to me as this is my reporting year here in NJ. The quality of the seminars is very good as well.”
