“Buying was very easy and satisfying but delivery becomes another question, Fedex have been here before with no trouble and others find us easily enough. Perhaps it was too much trouble this wet morning to bother who knows. Sorry to be negative but all round will deal with you again with pleasure. Many Thanks Peter.”

“Order delivered before the expected time after I had been told by email that it was out of stock and would not be dispatched for a week. I was happy at the outcome although perhaps the website should have indicated the stock position at the time I placed the order.”

“I have not given a 5* rating as a substitute product was sent which differed from that ordered and has now had to be sent back for which I am waiting a refund. If I had been advised in advance then a decision could have been made prior to despatch which would have saved everyone a lot of hassle! I have to add though that so far everything has been auctioned without delay. Let's just hope the refund follows as promptly!!! Many thanks.”

“Some items were shown to be in stock on the website when in actual fact they weren't, small oversight perhaps but not good if you require the item quickly. Overall good company with reasonable prices.”

“the lamps I purchased were the correct type however after I received them the accompanying product catalogue was much clearer than the website & it was obvious I could have bought the same type of lamp that lasted 5000 hours rather than 2000 hours for a few pence more.”

“Excellent helpful service on the telephone and I ordered and received what I wanted. The only down side was the extremely high price of the postage and packing. Not necessary to make a profit out of that facility. Otherwise very good.”
