“product was just what I wanted, but the website would be better if the VAT was included in the price to begin with, rather than adding it on at the end. When comparing the price of various companies, this would be a bonus!”

“The products were great and exactly as ordered. I am annoyed however that i ordered on a Sunday evening and paid £12.49 extra for next day delivery, expecting a Tuesday delivery only to get the delivery on Wednesday. That's not next day”

“I was really happy when I saw the bulbs I had been looking for on the website and placed an order. I was totally disappointed to get an email 2 days later to say they had stopped selling these particular ones, I was offered an alternative but decided to get a refund.”
