“Lovely food that when you get the wet food you can physically see the fruits and vegetables. The only flaw is the lack of chicken free options which means I'm only able to buy two flavours.”

“The food is excellent and ideal for our dog who has a very sensitive digestion. I’m do struggle with the timings for the subscription in that there isn’t an option to do 5 or 6 weekly so we are often out of sinc. That said the customer service when I need to make changes is excellent”

“Buddy seems to love Naturo but its still early days. For the last year I was making meals from scratch, but lately I have found this very taxing as I have also been looking after my grand children during the holidays .Buddy accepted the change over very well as I introduced Naturo gradually .but all seems well at the moment . About delivery DPD use to inform customers with a time slot .This did not happen and it was just fortunate that I was at home when they delivered.”

“My old lady is really enjoying her food, which we changed recently to Naturo. She seemed to go off her food with age and it was always difficult to get her to eat it for a while. I decided to buy some of the meat for senior dogs and she's never been happier. Now I feed her wet and dry mixed and she's really loving it. She's gained a little bit of weight which she lost due to being fussy, and now she's one happy old lady.”

“Excellent products but the delivery was pathetic I was in but yet I had to pick up from local pick up point because he didn’t wait long enough for me to get to the door , so inconvenient.”
