“Superb service direct from the manufacturer. Can't believe how quickly it arrived. Ordered late on Friday evening and it arrived on Wednesday. I ordered: senior turkey trays, senior turkey and chicken in herb gravy cans and the senior mixed variety tray pack. My dog loves them all, but the senior turkey and chicken in herb gravy is most definitely her favourite. I will be ordering again and highly recommend the manufacturer.”

“We give our cocker spaniel the kibble with a little bit of puppy meat from the tray. He loves it, and I'm happy that the meat smells like a casserole for humans, so I don't mind putting it in the fridge.”

“I have an older dog and was searching for a wet food he consistently liked. Started buying Naturo in trays from the supermarket but really wanted tins. Once I found I could order in tins, that was it. My dog loves it! Most importantly. He has no tummy troubles at all and is approaching 14. It doesn’t have any bad smell. It’s in tins so I’m happy.”

“We have a dog who gets upset stomach with a lot of types of food ingredients. Having tried her on naturo everything seems fine. I ordered direct from Naturo which was easy to do and delivery was prompt. Didn’t have to tie in to regular shipments but if I did was slightly cheaper. So good service, good food.”

“My dog has a sensitive stomach and is also pretty fussy what he’ll eat. Naturo is one of the few branded foods he eats with relish. Even I think it smells appetising!”

“I ordered two 12 packs of canned food. In one pack 10 cans were crushed/dented. In the other 6 cans were crushed/dented. This has happened several times before - on Naturo orders via Pets at Home and Amazon. The damage is clearly done via packing at the factory not in transit, as the 12 packs are tightly sealed together during transit. Something is badly wrong at the factory. If this lack of care and standards is given to packing, what about the contents? Don't think I'll be ordering again, sadly.”
