“Orders arrive with the majority of cans badly dented - and this is not a one-off. The cans don’t get dented during delivery, it is during production. They are vacuum packed already dented. Naturo has a big problem with their production line. A real shame. But until they sort out their production, I won’t be ordering again. Who knows what else they don’t keep a careful eye on. The ingredients?”

“I’ve struggled with my 2 fussy Border Terriers for years. Always buying the expensive frozen stuff delivered to your door and I was forever throwing it away. Since one has been diagnosed with food allergies, I thought I’d try Naturo out of desperation as he can only eat duck and he loves it! and so does the other. I’ve tried so many other brands and they just don’t like anything else. They always eat it all. I order it online as I can’t find it in the supermarket. I buy the Turkey for my other BT so she doesn’t get bored. I highly recommend. Their poop isn’t soft and they are living life! Well done Naturo, you’ve saved my life.”

“I have been feeding my dogs on this food for over six months,but finding hard to get it in supermarkets. I went on line and found best deal,and this company was same price and free delivery. The dogs love this product and didnt want to change it”

“My little dog has had pancreatitis in the past, he does really well on the trays of salmon, duck and light. Easy to order, good value and excellent quality food. Just one criticism, I wish that less packaging could be used. 6 packs of 7 trays came in two cardboard boxes packed out with thick brown paper. Otherwise a first class company who I would highly recommend.”

“The food is excellent and my dogs both thoroughly enjoy. Only criticism was the time from order to delivery which was too long. I hope that now on repeat the deliveries will flow smoothly. The delay was from you to courier and/or courier to their Aberdeen depot as they deliver to a shop next to me daily.”

“Truly terrible service. Arrived with blown packaging, some covered in mould, even maggots. Showed photos to customer service. Promised twice to deal with it. Never heard from them again. Will take things further. Disgraceful.”
